Seyyar Khan, M.D.

Seyyar Khan is a physician with over 14 years of experience in the field of Medicine and is double Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology. He is also part of the state trooper surgeons, a division of the New York State Troopers PBA, who work to improve access to medical care for NYS troopers and their families.
 
Dr. Khan is known to be an expert in Intravenous fluids and injectables.
Dr. Khan completed his training at North Shore University Hospital at Northwell Health, where he is an Assistant professor of Medicine.
 
Dr. Khan works in Hospitals and busy outpatient clinics. Dealing with chronic conditions throughout his career, he specializes in wellness and preventative Medicine. In addition to treating medical conditions, he hopes to prevent them, and he has a special interest in integrative Medicine, Obesity medicine for Non-Invasive Weight loss, preventative Medicine, and anti-aging.
 
Dr. Khan enjoys building close relationships with his patients, addressing their concerns, and developing a detailed and balanced approach for each patient to optimize their wellness. He takes pride in his meticulous approach and expertise in intravenous fluids and anatomy. 
 
Dr. Khan currently lives with his family in Long Island, New York. He loves weight training, playing basketball, traveling, and spending time with his family and friends.

Shahab Khan, M.D.

Dr. Shahab Khan is an established and highly skilled physician with over nine years of experience. He graduated summa cum laude from medical school and trained in internal Medicine at New York Presbyterian, and is board-certified in Internal Medicine. Dr. Khan completed an additional year of fellowship training in cardiology-hypertension research at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai. In addition, he is certified in administrating injectables, including Botox and Fillers. Currently, he practices hospital medicine at North Shore University Hospital, selected as one of the top 100 hospitals in the United States. He is also part of the State Trooper Surgeons, a division of the NYS Troopers PBA that works to improve access to medical care for NYS Troopers and their families. Dr. Khan’s interests include preventative and holistic Medicine for overall wellness because of its whole-body approach and focus on achieving a balance between mind and body. Dr. Khan currently lives in Woodbury, New York, with his family. His hobbies include spending time with his family, traveling, fitness, and playing/watching sports.

Shannon Gawrych, Registered Nurse

Shannon Gawrych graduated from Quinnipiac University in 2021 with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and is currently working as a Registered Nurse in New York. 
 
She has spent the past three years working in healthcare, caring for patients during the COVID-19 pandemic, for the critically ill, and for patients going through emotional hardship. Her compassion for others makes her work never feel like a job. 
 
After graduating, she spent the next year in a fellowship program working at a level 3 trauma Emergency Room, learning how to identify different medical issues, determine the severity of an emergency and provide immediate care for patients to minimize long-term negative effects.
Since graduating, she has worked at Huntington Hospital ER, Planned Parenthood clinic, and SiteMD ophthalmology Operating Room. 
 
In Shannon’s eyes, there is no wellness goal is unattainable. Everyone has the ability to reach their highest potential with a bit of self-care and mindful actions regarding their health. 
 
Shannon explains everything in a way that allows you to understand the full picture regarding your goals and what steps are necessary in order to get there. She always makes you feel heard, taking the time to carefully listen to your needs and formulate a plan specific to your goals. 
 
Shannon currently lives in West Islip, NY, with her boyfriend, Tom, and kitty, Mittens. Shannon loves to come up with fun, healthy recipes, work out at F45, shop at Trader Joe’s, weight train, interior design, and travel. Her love for fitness, health, and nutrition allows her to passionately guide you in the right direction regarding your own health. This year, her goal is to become Board certified in botox and dermal fillers to provide more services to her clients!

Jennifer Chen, Certified Phlebotomy Technician

Jennifer is a SUNY Old Westbury graduate, earning her Bachelor of Science in Psychology while working full time as a Medical administrative assistant. Throughout her professional career, Jennifer has gained extensive hands-on experience in both clinical and administrative settings. She is fully committed to providing a stress-free environment for clients. Jennifer possesses a genuine passion for health and beauty. Her favorite hobbies include aerial yoga, hiking with her dogs, and traveling the world.

Jillian Isolano, Registered Nurse

Jillian, or many may know her as Jill- is a Registered Nurse with over 2 years of experience in Pediatric Nursing. She is currently a nurse at Cohen Children’s Medical Center where she has worked since starting her nursing career. Jillian graduated from Quinnipiac University School of Nursing in 2021. Working with the littlest of patients in their most vulnerable times has helped shape her sense of purpose and makes her heart full. Nothing is better than recognizing how resilient her little patients really are!

Jillian has learned through her experience in the hospital to always explain things in a way that is simple and easily understood. She will spend time to answer questions and make sure her clients feel comfortable, safe and excited for treatment. Her goal is to have clients leave feeling more confident and beautiful in their own skin.

Jill has a twin brother, lives in West Islip, has two dogs Rosie and Lucia, and is currently enrolled at Stony Brook University to earn her masters in Nursing Education. In her free time she likes to go to the beach, weight train, run outside, attend concerts, travel, shop, but most importantly spend time with family and friends.
